How Much is a Yacht to Charter?
Charters start from AED399 per hour. Prices will vary according to the size of the vessel required.
How to Make Deposits?
You can make deposits via cash/cheque payments or via a checkout link which can be emailed to yourself directly.
How Long Should We Book For?
Yachts are typically chartered for a minimum of 2 hours to view all the sights. However, if you require a quicker charter, then these will be available upon request. Please contact one of our charter executives to understand the terms and conditions for this.
How Far In Advance Is Recommended To Book A Yacht?
We recommend booking well in advance. If your dates are flexible then 3/4 weeks during peak season and 1/2 weeks prior during the summer.
Do You Supply Food/drinks For My Charter?
MI Yachts will provide its customers with complimentary welcome drinks on board. We also provide a catering menu that is available upon request.
NOTE: *WE DO NOT PROVIDE ALCOHOL ON BOARD. CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN. *WE DO NOT ALLOW GUEST TO BRING THEIR OWN BBQ, HOWEVER, THIS SERVICE CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR TRIP. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Will I Be Reminded Of My Booking?
Yes! MI Yachts will contact you a day before to confirm timings as well as the overall package with yourselves. If you require any changes then please let us know in advance.
Are Infants Allowed On The Yachts?
Yes, children under the age of 2 years old are permitted but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Also, children under the age of 9 are required to wear life jackets throughout the charter.
Are Pets Allowed On Board?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
What Time Should We Arrive?
Please arrive 20-30 min prior to your charter at the designated location. Please make the operations team aware when you arrive.
Do I Need To Bring Proof Of Id?
All guests MUST bring with them a valid ID. For individuals traveling to the UAE, then a passport is mandatory. For residents, please bring Emirates ID or passport.
Can I Extend My Charter On The Same Day?
This may be possible depending on availability.
Payments for the extension must be made via bank transfer prior to the charter or in cash during your charter.
If The Weather Is Bad On The Day, What Will Happen Next?
The Coast Guard will inform the team if a weather warning has been issued. In this instance you will be notified immediately and have the following options offered to you: (1) Continue with your planned trip with an alternative and safer route plan (if permitted). (2) Reschedule the charter. (3)
Cancel the booking with no cancellation charges (only in the event you are unable to reschedule).

Important
There Are Strict Rules Which Have Been Implied By The Dubai Coast Guard And Fines That Are Put Into Place. Our Guests Need To Know If Rules Are Broken Then MI Yachts Reserve The Right To Pass On Any Fines If Any Incident Occurs Set Out By The Coastguard & Enforced By Your Captain & Crew.

Cancel the booking with no cancellation charges (only in the event you are unable to reschedule).
Children
- Children must be accompanied by their parents/carers at ALL times. Our Captain and Crew are not responsible for this.
- All persons under the age of 18 years old must be supervised by a mature adult.
- Children below the age of 1 year old are only allowed on yachts that are 40ft plus.
- Children under the age of 10 years old must wear a life jacket while out on the deck or when in the water – it does not matter if they are strong swimmers.
Damage Waiver and Liabilities
If Any Damages Are Caused To The Vessel Then This Will Result In A Sanction For The Client Or Their Guests. The Damage Will Be Reported In Writing To The Client Within 24 Hours Which Will State A Quotation Of Cost For The Repair/ Damage Caused. Any Damage Caused Will Be Registered To The Operations Manager At MI Yachts, If Failed To Pay Then It Will Result In A Fine.
Cancellations
Cancellation Fee - Retention Policy
- In The Event Of Any Cancellations, We Require 96 Hours’ Notice Before Departure.
- After 96 Hours Miyachts Have All Right To Deduct 50% From Your Advance Payment
- Mi Yachts Have All Rights To Deduct 100% Of Your Advance Payment If The Cancellation Made 48 Hours Before The Day Of The Trip
- Mi Yachts Reserve The Right To Cancel Any Bookings Made. In The Event Of A Cancellation, No Responsibility Will Fall Onto Mi Yachts. The Money Shall Be Refunded In Full To The Named Charterer.
- Reasons For Cancellations: Poor Weather Conditions, Mechanical Issues, Coastguard Restrictions, And Enforcement Of New Laws That May Prohibit The Charter From Going Forward.
- If Cancellation Happens For Any Reason Stated Above, Then Mi Yachts Will Try Its Best To Provide Alternative Options Such As Upgrades Or Different Dates That Will Suit Your Needs.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be completed through the original payment method. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy
Confirmation
Once The Payment Of The Trip Is Made, You Will Receive A Confirmation Email From MI Yachts Of Your Invoice. This Will Include The Services You Have Paid For. Please Allow 24 Hours From The Payment Made For The Confirmation To Come Through On Your Side.
