Booking & Reservations
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for standard charters. For peak seasons (November-April) or special events, 4-6 weeks notice is ideal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash payments. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14+ days prior receive a full refund. Between 7-14 days, we offer a 50% refund. Less than 7 days notice is non-refundable.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, modifications can be made subject to availability. Changes requested within 72 hours of the charter may incur additional fees.
Services & Amenities
What's included in the charter price?
Our standard charter includes the yacht, professional crew, fuel for the agreed route, basic insurance, and mineral water.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Alternatively, we can arrange catering services from our premium partners.
Do you provide water sports equipment?
Yes, we offer various water sports equipment including jet skis, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear for an additional fee.
Safety & Regulations
What safety measures are in place?
All our yachts meet Dubai Maritime City Authority regulations. Each vessel has life jackets, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and GPS tracking.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Guest safety is our priority. In case of unfavorable weather, we'll work with you to reschedule your charter or provide a full refund.
Are there any restrictions on where we can go?
Our charters typically operate within Dubai coastal waters. Our captains will plan the best route for your charter.
