The VIP experience offers an enhanced arrival and dining experience, including a reserved table and priority check-in at the VIP Lounge. VIP guests can check in between 8:00 PM and 8:45 PM at the VIP Lounge located on the ground floor of Marina Plaza, in front of the Pier 7 valet drop-off. Guests can also enjoy soft beverages in the VIP Lounge before boarding the yacht.

- Boarding point: Pier 7, Dubai Marina
- Infants and children aged 0–10 years are charged at the child rate
- Children above 10 years are considered adults and charged at the adult rate
- In case of bad weather, the yacht may not cruise towards Atlantis or Burj Al Arab
- Transfer is not included
- Guests must present their e-ticket at the boarding point
- Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions is excluded
- Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable
